  1. Qatar airways introducirá entre sus rutas la nueva entre DOHA-BCN
  2. Qatar Airways es considerada como una de las 6 aerolíneas que tienen 5 estrellas en ranking mundial de servicio y excelencia. Cuenta con una clase Bussines y Tusita muy exclusivas. La aerolínea opera vuelos desde su sede, el aeropuerto de Doha y opera vuelos al Oriente Medio, África, Asia, Subcontinente indio y América. La situación de la aerolínea aquí en España es que actualmente solo existen vuelos desde Madrid, por lo cual se va introducir la nueva ruta a Doha desde Barcelona.
  3. Aquí se muestran algunas imágenes de lo que es Qatar Airways como empresa.
  4. Los objetivos que se quieren conseguir en el lanzamiento de la nueva ruta son que la gente sepa de la website y así pueda navegar casa vez mas personas y que también esta sea una facilidad mas para abrir una puerta entre España y estos países del Oriente Medio
  5. El target especifico del evento principalmente son las agencias de viaje, las empresas de turismo que específicamente realicen tours al Oriente Medio y la prensa para que nos publiquen y dar una imagen
  6. Para el lanzamiento de la nueva ruta DOHA-BCN de Qatar Airways se realizara una cena de gala y el lugar elegido es el nuevo hotel Mandarin Barcelona, ya que al ser un hotel Oriental, muy exclusivo y lujoso, este es el mejor lugar acorde con la imagen y valores de nuestra empresa y por lo tanto es lo que queremos transmitir a nuestro target.
  7. Es muy importante convocar a los medios un día antes, cuando ya habrán llegados los invitados a Barcelona, para realizar una rueda de prensa para los medios que nos interesan que nos publiquen. Habrá de fondo a los personajes un photocall con la imagen de Qatar Airways en 3-D. Los personajes que responderán las preguntas son los mas adecuados, ya que saben todo sobre la aerolínea. Es importante lograr que los medios publiquen nuestra pagina Web por lo cual se les especificará esto al momento de la rueda de prensa.
  8. Para la cena de gala se invitara aproximadamente 250 personas escogidas entre nuestro target mencionado ya previamente. El hotel Mandarin Barcelona, al ser un hotel completamente nuevo es muy moderno y cuenta con una decoración e instalación de primera. Hemos elegido el propio servicio de catering del hotel para seguir la línea de lo Oriental, y la decoración estará a cargo del hotel ya que confiamos en su gusto de primera.
  9. Se enviara las invitaciones a los invitados tres semanas antes explicando que deben usar el código incluido en la invitación para registrarse en la pagina Web, de esta forma la gente ingresara a la Web y esta será la forma de empezar a dar a conocer a la gente, aquí deberán responder un cuestionario de si algún invitado es alérgico a algún alimento o si por la religión no come algún tipo de comida.
