This deliverable contains a summary of dissemination materials produced during the period
November 2010 – April 2011 within the Plan4all project.
Web site
The public Plan4all website is now accessible at: http://www.plan4all.eu.
Figure 1 Plan4all Geoportal – official website.
The Plan4all Geoportal serves public information - project summary, consortium, objectives,
status of the project, deliverables, pilot regions description, events and contact information. It
includes RSS Feeds from the INSPIRE Forum, INSPIRE website, OGS news and GMES
events.
All the news and articles published on the Plan4all geoportal are being disseminated through
several social network sites including LinkedIn and Facebook. RSS feeds are posted to our
INSPIRE Forum website.

Newsletters
The Plan4all consortium published next Plan4all Newsletter in December 2010 (see Annex I)
All the newsletters are distributed through the Plan4all network as well as the Plan4all
mailing list for users and stakeholders (info@plan4all.eu).
Flyers
The Plan4all flyer (2xA4) was translated into Slovenian, Bosnian, Serbian Croatian and
Macedonian. The translations cover in total 19 European languages. All of the translations are
accessible at the Plan4all geoportal: http://www.plan4all.eu.
Statistics
Number of hits on the geoportal – approx. 100,000 per month
Number of followers in social network sites – 280 members
Number of registered people in the newsletter – 165 members/organisations
