13. Lt Col (Retd) Gurbrinder Singh has a vast 23 years experience in the Indian Army , having done both Operational, Instructional and Administrative tenures. He was d irectly responsible for maintenance and security of unit area, to include equipment, personnel and immovable assets . He was the first Chief Security Officer , Hotel RADISSON MBD, Noida. Has worked in the capacity of General Manager – Admin & Security (Pan India), DLF Hotel Holdings Ltd. He has a wide exposure of Conducting audits of security and facility and Standardization of security processes and procedures . Brig Alind Dayal was commissioned in the Indian Army, Corps of Signals on 27 June 1965. During the course of his approximately 31 years of service in the Army he held various command and staff appointments with distinction. In July 2000 he joined Group 4 Securicor (G4S), a multinational security company where he served for 8 years as a profit centre head as well as Senior Vice President (Operations). He had also worked with TerraForce Security Company (a member of the DLF family) in the capacity of Senior Vice President – Operations in that organization.
