Job Description
1. Senior Consultants are primarily responsible for day-to-day project execution, client relationship management and people management. They apply exceptional consulting, project management and functional skills in the management of major project streams or entire projects. Additionally, Senior Consultants are involved in people development and act as leaders and mentors in the firm.
Essential duties and responsibilities of Senior Consultants include, but are not limited to, the following:
 Leading work streams including performing project managerial role for small to medium projects
 Scoping and planning client engagements
 Identifying and addressing strategic issues, including root cause issue analysis and structuring problem solving approaches
 Developing and presenting conclusions and recommendations to client management team at operational levels
 Conducting quality monitoring and assurance before final deliverables are submitted to the clients
 Managing client relationships and reporting project status
 Ensuring that client needs are met consistently
 Leading, mentoring, developing and supervising the more junior staff.
2. The position of Consultant at Arghajata Consulting provides exposures to broad range of experience in solving a variety of business problems across a wide range of industries. Consultants play a crucial role on client projects as they are frequently assigned to develop business and technical models for use on projects, and they take part in research, assessment, and client interviews.
Essential duties and responsibilities of Consultants include, but are not limited to, the following:
 Identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting the findings to project team members

 Responsible to guide the analysis and develop recommendation for a particular work stream
 Responsible to work, with various role, on maximum 1 project
 Establish effective working relationships with peers and managers both internal and external to Arghajata Consulting
 Working directly with partners, principals and other group members every day in an open, collaborative relationship that maximizes learning and fosters growth and professional relationships
 Oversee research, analysis, and financial modelling performed by Associates
 Sharing knowledge and lessons learned with other Arghajata Consulting staff and clients
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Senior Consultant/ Consultant candidates should possess the following characteristics:
 Bachelor's Degree (Consultant: All Bachelor’s Degree; Sr. Consultant: BS or BA)
 Master of Business Administration preferred (Sr. Consultant)
 At least 2 years (Consultant) and 4 years (Sr. Consultant) of proven experience in consulting or industry role that is relevant to consulting
 Strong analytical skills, ability to research problems, determine root cause and solution (Consultant)
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to effectively work in a team environment and as an individual
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office product
 A high level of self-motivation and energy, optimistic, and have the “can do” attitude
 Experienced in leading small/medium-sized projects on an end-to-end basis with minimal supervision. (Sr. Consultant)
 Have the ability to develop project scope, project plan, define project methodology, and creating project deliverables using standard project management tools. (Sr. Consultant)
 Excellent writing, communication and presentation delivery skills, in English and in Bahasa Indonesia. (Sr. Consultant)
 Willingness and Ability to travel.
