       nurses recruited this year and the number of nurses available
      this year are quite able to manage to serve the patients.
  1   (Starting year entire capacity is present.
       No. of nurses retired , quitted and discharged shows the same
  2   trend for next 2 years

      Recruitment happens at the start of the year and nurses retire,
  3   quit or discharged at the end of the year
      Changes in hospital structure or policies that can affect the
  4   Forecast
      Any expansion of the hospital , increase in number of patient,
      or any change natural calamity that will affect the forecast that
  5   we have made.


      In case assumption one is wrong and no nurse is added
  6   /recruited then the solution is as follows in next slide
