4. Usage for the InternalTeams
MS Teams can be used throughout the organization,
however it is more useful where the team are working on
collaborative documents. Or have the tasks assigned for
shorter time periods which needs to be tracked and
managed without a Project Plan.

• Document Sharing
• With Skype and Emails, the document shared needs to be
updated and merged again, if more then two people are
working on it
• Storage of such documents needs to be managed separately
