After completing education
Many students are not able to
get job. Instead of having good
knowledge they are not able to
get success in interview.
To develop skills in self it is
necessary to have
understanding about skills
required and skills in ourselves.
In this study we have attempted
to give overview of awareness
of interview skills required to
face interview effectively in
student.
Now organizations want
students with good soft skill and
knowledge.

16. Conclusion
We found that students are aware about skills required
to face interview.
With present skills student are ready to face interview
confidently.
These three skills are most essential to crack interview.
Students are ready to attend interview training if
organized by our college.
