Vipul Prakash
Vipul has been a visionary in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) with more than 15 years of experience. He brings
with himself extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and is regularly invited by the key stakeholders during strategic
decision making and talent planning. Expert in forecasting and mapping, Vipul is closely working with the organisations to help
them plan their talent requirements and prepare the talent pool for next five or ten years.
Under Vipul’s leadership, Elixir’s aim has been to continually advance, offer improved services and look for innovative and cost
effective ways to offer solutions to clients. A people oriented person, Vipul has created for Elixir a culture of excellence and
creativity and hence the organisation is reckoned as a place where new and innovative ideas are encouraged and nurtured to the
best.
An active speaker in various national and international forums, he was awarded as one of the ‘Top 50 Daring Entrepreneurs of
India 2011’ by the ‘Dare’ magazine. He is also a ‘role model’ for many budding entrepreneurs and actively involve with them
through webinars and seminars.
Apart from Elixir, his other ventures have been Websity, Regarde New York – a multicrore-power house, Pristine UAE.

7. Principal Consultants
Priyasha Banerjee
Priyasha heads the international recruitment practice and works with several global companies for their international mandates. She has a
proven track record of servicing on International hiring which has ensured Elixir's visibility on the global map. She is also instrumental in setting
up global offices for Elixir outside India.
She has more than a decade of experience into HR Consulting. In 2000 she joined Elixir and successfully partnered with Elixir’s clients
and accomplished many assignments in middle, senior and executive level recruitments.
Ms. Banerjee also pioneered in establishing Elixir’s in-house HR department. In 2002, when Elixir decided to enter new markets, she was
deputed as a part of the core team to set up the practices. Thereafter she has risen through the ranks by handling multi dimensional portfolios
and heading the major functions in the company at various points in time.
Post graduate in HR, she is not just a skillful head of Human resource, Priyasha, is also a thought leader in the recruitment industry.
Kanika Vaswani
Kanika has an extensive experience, in business development, consulting and recruitments for Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals and Automotive
Sectors.
Since joining Elixir in 2001, Kanika has focused on the recruiting needs for Indian and multinational companies in the Telecom, automotive
OEMs and suppliers, engineering, chemicals, construction, energy, media, pharmaceuticals, Medical devices, healthcare, capital equipment,
machinery, transportation and distribution.
She has a strong track record in building solutions and advising multinationals on hiring time bound volumes to start or ramp up their
operations. Thus in 2005, when Elixir decided to enter new markets and launch RPO services globally, she was deputed as a part of the core
team to set up the practice.
Her earlier experience also includes working for IT Education and helping young talent find career direction and take their first step in their
careers.
8. Principal Consultants
Richie Madan
Richie brings with himself over 14 years of rich experience in advertising, marketing and recruitment consulting. He joined Elixir in 2005 and
has since offered his deep insights to his clients in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), FMCG, Media, Retail, Education, Travel and
Hospitality sectors.
Under his leadership, company ventured into the potential market of recruitment consulting for the Wealth Management experts. It his
resolute that has made Elixir the ‘most preferred’ recruitment partner for clients in the financial sector.
Before joining Elixir, Richie has worked with advertising companies like Publicis and JWT. Richie is an Economics graduate from Hans Raj
College, Delhi University and an MBA from International Management Institute, New Delhi.
Monika Tripathi
Monika has over 19 years of industry experience and is actively involved in providing differentiated recruiting solution to clients in Information
Technology, ITeS and Telecom industries.
Prior to being a part of Elixir, she was the CEO of SARV Placements, and assisted leading organizations to acquire the top line leadership talent.
Her corporate experience of 14 years entailed of working with renowned manufacturing, IT and Media organizations. She has exposure to
green field setups and a rich experience of tying the talent strategy to the overall business needs.
In her current assignment with Elixir; she is managing the Technology vertical with a team of 100 spread across all major metros. She works
with the endeavor of adding continuous value to all stakeholders.
She holds a management degree from Symbiosis and has also attended an Executive Management program at XLRI, Jamshedpur.
9. Search Methodology
Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target
oriented. This process begins with understanding the clients' needs and goes all the way to follow-up with both
clients and candidates post recruitment.
Understanding the client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization
structure & culture and future growth plans
Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities,
key result areas and other relevant details
Search Target Plan: Keeping in mind the orientation, our engagement team will establish a search strategy to
effectively target desired candidates
People Mapping: Identification of potential candidates through targeted 'head hunting' from selected
companies, then we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial
candidate list
First Shortlist: Based on people mapping, we will draw up an initial list of target candidates. The most
promising of these will be presented as a list of people we intend to approach

Discreet preliminary reference check on candidates to be approached - this will serve as a first level of
quality check
Evaluation: Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact
them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate
them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest
of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use Psychometric assessment tools such as
Thomas Profiling present a shortlist of candidates with our detailed assessment and reasons for
recommendations
Interviews: For the most appropriate candidates, we will coordinate and facilitate the interview
process
Reference Check: We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to hire. If required,
we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies
Address Pre-joining concerns: Remain in constant touch with candidates till they come on board and raise
pre-joining concerns
Post joining follow up for at least 6 months to ensure smooth transition
