Trust plays a vital role in the lives of humans as it is the pathway to founding and maintaining a

The importance of trust. Trust is the life blood of a relationship, it is at the core of any meaningful
relationship. Without trust there can be no giving, no bonding, and no risk–taking. In the Army our
profession is built on the bedrock of trust.Trust is earned it is not given,It is not rank–oriented. It is

About a year ago today my family was going through many issues that affected my mental well
being tremendously. Being "home" was similar to being lost, it was a world I wasn't equipped
for, and no longer wanted to be apart of. Things at home took such a turn that my mother sent my
sister to live in Florida with her father, I knew then I no longer had a purpose to stay. Following this

The common trait among the bad leaders that I have worked with was their lack of trustworthiness.
