3.  Kali Jeri is effective medicine to reduce
weight as well as controlling
cholesterol level.
 It help to control blood sugar in our
body.
 It promoted the growth of hairs.
 It also improve the immunity of our
body .
 It also improve our digestion level.

4.  It is used as indian spice but mainly for
medicinal purposes in Ayurveda.
 It is used as “Kizhi” which help in comfort and
cue chest congestion. (Kizhi:- sponging
massaging pack where the black cumin is
roasted dry and wrapped as a small bundle of
handy size ,in a dry clean cloth.)
 It is also help in regulate menstruation.
 It also help in to maintain healthy skin.
 It also have an antibiotic property.
