Whether an individual’s way of solving any problem is right or wrong, it can be judged by the ultimate result of success or failure. Surely, they will be fully satisfied with their approach.
Owners do things their own way without worrying much about success or failure. Success brings happiness while failure adds new experience.
Fear of failures often stops an individual to take any risky initiatives. Owners are “Risk Takers” & also believe on “First to Start” approach. Looking at the problem, they deeply involve themselves to find out its solution. They are good at judging and timely evaluating the probable returns of their efforts and are flexible to alter the methodology adapted earlier. They always look for improved versions through their creative minds.
Often owners are impatient to grow, which many times brings imbalance in their lives. They need to learn to “Grow with Happiness”.
