Conference Subsidy Information
• Similar to past conferences, PGS and OCPG are offering
opportunity to subsidize conference expenses.
• Subsidies are only available when employers are not covering all of
the conference expenses.
• Guidelines and subsidy application form sent by Greta via email on
2-6-18.

• Subsidy requests must be received by April 20, 2018.

Community Readiness Assessment Special
Project
22 Approved Letters of Intent and Budget Requests.
Majority of Contract Amendments were sent out to
agencies this week, once contracts are fully executed
the funds will be included in one lump sum payment in
next scheduled payment for CMHP contracts.
Team training locations have been assigned:
Salem training date set May 25th
Prineville training date set June 5th
Please let Roxann know your head count for the
training and if you need to shift location.

Primary focus of T/A visit is program
development. A component of program
development is assuring program staff are
aware of the contractual requirements and
relevant AD 80 SE Language.
Starting 2019-2021 biennium the T/A visit
process will be a contractual AD 80 SE
requirement.
