A discussion on engagement and retention in early problem gambling treatment, focusing on flexibility in the initial intake process and the importance of the first 30 days and 10 weeks of treatment. 3. A presentation on learning organizations and whether problem gambling treatment providers can work as a learning organization through collaboration and knowledge sharing. 4. Potential future agenda items were identified including defining successful treatment completions, developing wellness plans, and improving referral pathways.
