started cycling. His coaches were Vitality Rodionov and
Aleksey Redakov. Vyacheslav was in the national team for
sixteen years, he was in professional cycling since nineteen
nineties. His coach was Alexander Kuznetsov.

He was the champion of the USSR in one thousand nine
hundred and eighty-six, in the individual kinds of sport.

Vyacheslav Ekimov is a six-time champion of the world on
the track, the winner of three stages of "Tour de France“.
4. He ended his career of a cyclist in two thousand and six
