I am a designer, consultant, and teacher who gets up every morning to bring creativity, rigor, and humanity to problem-solving. I am CEO of Harmonic Design, a design strategy and service design firm based in Atlanta, GA. I also am the founder of studioPQ, which now serves as my home base for writing and little experiments. As a leader and practitioner, I place a premium on pushing design practice to be more value-centered, collaborative, and iterative. This philosophy and its practical applications are explored in Orchestrating Experiences: Collaborative Design for Complexity (Rosenfeld, 2018), which I co-authored with Chris Risdon.
