87. Summary
In the beginning of protein synthesis, RNA
polymerase reads and copies the gene of DNA.
mRNA then carries the gene to a ribosome. At
the ribosome the codons of the gene are
matched up with an anticodon. When the anti
codon reads the codon an amino acid is formed.
Between the amino acid a peptide bond forms.
Then the amino acids break off of the anticodon
and fold up into a 3-dimensional figure that tells
what the protein does.
