- Materials collections consist of books, periodicals, VHS & DVDs. There are almost 2200 titles in three SHC locations. There are three main database resources. Two of the resources are databases of databases! Each Idaho SHC location is staffed, service levels vary.
- Library inventorys can be viewed and searched at two sites. http://10.13.28.252/ is a rich site only accessible on the staff network & on Nampa campus. http://www.librarything.com/catalog/StevensHenagerIdaho is accessible anywhere but does not indicate status or location.
- Databases available to Idaho SHC are ProQuest, SHARC & LiLI. SHC ProQuest contains the Research Library module and has 4151 titles, 2759 are available in full-text SHARC contains a links with password information to SHC proquest and links to google Scholar, PubMed and CINAHL. Lili is provided free of charge to all idahoans by the Idaho Commission for Libraries. The main resource is ebscohost but the site conatains many other useful databases also.
- Boise has full service: request materials, research assistance, fulltime hours Nampa has partial service: request materials, fulltime hours Idaho Falls has full service: request materials, research assistance, part-time hours (Monday & Friday)
