I am passionate about helping businesses craft customer experiences that evoke delight. I aspire to be the experience architect who can help shape brands that customers adore. I am currently pursuing the Master of Science in Information degree at the University of Michigan School of Information, specializing in Human Computer Interaction (HCI). I have an MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University, New York and a Bachelors in Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. I am an HFI Certified Usability Analyst (CUA). I have more than five years of professional work experience. I have had the opportunity to work in India and in the U.S., both at startups and in large organizations.
