Walk-throughs will be done by instructional leaders and integration technology specialists to assess use of technology in lessons. Differentiated technology lessons will be utilized by all students and technology lessons will be student centered. Create a campus survey in addition to the STaR chart that assesses staff proficiencies with technology and professional development offerings. The data gained from all of the above will be used by the CIP committee to assess the technology needs for the next school year based on the Long Range Plan for Technology. The technology committee will also meet at least 2 times a year to review the plan and make sure the campus technology vision is still aligned with district plan.
