  1. As a Continuous Improvement manager with Johnson Controls, I lead efforts to identify and share BPP amongst branch operations. This was accomplished by leading various Kaizen or “change for the better” events. Larger projects followed a formal DMAIC structure while others utilized various tools such as Fishbone or root cause diagrams and process mapping. As a PM within the Electronic Warfare group of DRS Technologies I held responsibility for several defense contracts with the Navy, Army, and Air Force. In addition I was a PM for a $9M fiber optic communications program under contract with the Republic of South Korean Navy, My role as PM encompassed risk analysis mitigations, subcontract negotiations, leadership for obtaining CMMI compliancy, following formal PMP guidelines as published by the PMBOK. Previously, as a Test department manager, I established and organized a product test department for an Aerospace manufacturer.
