 given color and is created by
 the amount of light reflected
 from an object´s surface.
Color
   Intensity / Saturation
    The brightness or dullness of
    a hue. A color described as
    highly saturated /intensity
    looks vivid and pure; a hue
    of low saturation/intensity
    may look a little muddy or
    dark.
      White: Tint
      Black: Shade
      Gray: Tone
2. Line           A continuous mark made on
                  some surface by a moving point

   Structural lines
          Emphasizing line, used to show
           the edges or contours of an object




          De-emphasizing line, to
           eliminate the outline of
           an object. Painterly
           is a term often used
           to described this.

       Vertical: stability and strength
       Horizontal: calmness
