1. How to conduct an
online class using

2. Step 1: Go to https://zoom.us/
Sign up – select
an Account

3. Sign in with your credentials

4. Click on “Schedule a New Meeting”

5. Fill in details for your class / session
Click SAVE

6. 1. Share the Join URL with your
audience
2. Click
on
“Start
this
Meeting”

7. It will download a small exe file to your
system. Save it

8. Save it
to a
folder

9. Run it

10. Meeting app will launch

11. Check your audio and video settings

12. Click on
“Join with
Computer
Audio”

13. Invite your audience using any of different options

14. Once they join, you can begin your class

15. Share your screen when need to
display your presentation

17. End the class, it will ask to save the
recording

18. You can locate the saved recording
in “zoom” folder under “Documents”

19. You can take class for more than 40 minutes
(as of now due to virus pandemic)
