The above-named has been excluded from the UK at the direction of the Secretary of State on 31
January 2014. Carriers required to provide data to e-Borders will be refused authority to carry him
to the UK[1]. He is not eligible for carriage. If he travels he will be denied entry at the UK
border.
If this individual attempts to travel to the UK:
Carriers should deny boarding. This individual will be refused entry to the UK and the carrier may
be liable to costs relating to the individual’s detention and removal.
Carriers required to provide passenger data to e-Borders may also be liable to a penalty of up to
£10,000 [2] if they carry this individual to the UK. The UK National Border Targeting Centre will
contact the carrier to deny authority to carry should they attempt to travel.
