2. requirements
• Documentation Work including write-up pre-commissioning, commissioning procedures, preparing
test report of project, Check list prior to commissioning, Data sheet of project, bill of material,
quotation for spare list of job etc.
• Pre-Commissioning activities of plant like,Assembly of plant, Testing Electrical Panel, PLC programme
check.
Running and maintaining the Plant Process Parameters and observe trends of process parameters &
to take corrective actions for the deviations to maintain quality & production , Operate the plant at
Optimum level, Record Process Parameters.
• Hand on experience in Air Compressors( Screw and Reciprocating), Pump, Cooling towers,
Generators, Instrumentation valves, electrical control panel etc.
• Maintaining Stock for Specific Project.
• Preparing ISO audit documentation for Project Department.
• Responsible for servicing and providing technical support to the vendor/client.
Onsite:
• Responsible for Project execution which includes, Installing and commissioning
