Purpose of the Position
Responsible for, but not limited to, providing assistance to new students in their development and ongoing
achievement of education goals, providing students with academic planning services based on program requirements
and support services,and promoting student success and retention through effective communication, service, and
support.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and
regulations including those prescribed by the Department of Education, ABHES, and CIE.
Effectively communicates compliance requirements to students and otherstaff as appropriate and quickly escalates
any compliance concerns to the Compliance department.
Receives new students entering various programs and performs welcome calls to ensure student satisfaction with
their ability to access academic support,financial aid, Classroom Support, and otherstudent resources.
Maintains single point of support for students through theirfirst and second course.
Ensures new students are comfortable with LMS navigation and basic LMS functions.
Contacts students on a regular basis to build and maintain rapport and serves as the student’s advisorand first point
of contact to ensure questions are answered and concerns are resolved.
Provides guidance to at-risk students to ensure student success.
Provides on-going student retention efforts.
Participates in process improvement initiatives.
Calls students to procure proper forms and paperwork as needed.

Purpose of the Position:
I am responsible for interfacing with prospective students and those influencing the student’s decision to
attend/select ourclient as their schoolof choice. Also meets the enrollment objectives by sharing the school’s
philosophy and selling points to gain new student interest and meeting schoolenrollment and start objectives in an
accurate, professional, and ethical manner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
•                   Idemonstrate knowledge of, and carefully follow all applicable federal and state compliance requirements
and regulations including those prescribed by the Department of Education, ABHES, and CIE.
•                  Ieffectively communicate compliance requirements to students and otherstaffas appropriate and quickly
escalate any compliance concerns to the VP of Compliance.
•                  Ifollow admissions criteria for all perspective students in accordance with all schooland company
policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations, and all accrediting agency standards and
requirements.
•                 Icontact potentialstudents utilizing appropriate methods of contact (e.g. phone,emailed), to set up
information sessions.
•                  Iconduct interviews of prospective students while gauging interest level, area of study,time and
availability, etc.
•                   Ievaluate prospective students based on his/herneeds,desire,interests, qualifications, motivations,
commitments, and determinations in a qualitative manner.
•                    Completes and maintains all required paperwork (e.g., enrollment, transfer requests,etc.) and data entry
in an accurate, timely, and compliant manner.
•                   Irefer students as appropriate to financial aid and VA.
•                    Acts as a mentor and resource for Associate Admissions Representatives by providing guidance,
leadership, and development as needed and as directed by the Director of Admissions.
•                    Follows all training and guidance as provided by Senior Admissions Representatives and as directed by
the Director of Admissions.

servicing requirements. I confirm all suspensions created by Sapphire resulting from analyst data input (suspensions
that are beyond the control of the analyst to resolve prior to moving any suspended loan file on through the system. I
review over 200 files per day. Proficient typing skills 100 words a minute. Proficient in 9 key typing, Alt-hot keys.
