Step 1:
Initiation
Registered user(s) receive an SMS text
message with a pin code and request to
register at your dedicated porting website
(example: www.yourcompanyporting.com).
In the ensuing two weeks, users who didn’t
respond will receive (a specified number of)
follow-up SMS reminders.

Step 2:
Information check
Using their pin code, users can log in at
your dedicated porting website, complete
the requested information (specified by
you), and choose how and where to receive
their new non-activated sim card.

Step 3:
Preparation & scheduling
Users log-in and register the number of
their new SIM card.
Once the SIM card is registered users
receive a suggested porting date.
Suggested porting date is calculated
If the suggested date is inconvenient for the
user it can easily be changed by the user on
the dedicated porting website.

Step 4:
Porting
One day before number porting, the users
receive an SMS notification about the
change over, reminding them to switch sim
cards the following day. This reminder can
also be issued via email and/or placed on
the company intranet site.
