2. I took my “The most disruptive idea”
to prototype it
(If I had lots of money) I would suggest to
reconstruct the whole system of education and
training in the world - it is to be continuous,
without barriers between different stages
(schools, Colleges, Universities, corporate
education) – it will be the Ocean of Education.
4. I have a dream: to remove all barriers between educational
institutions, to get the Ocean of Education.
This Ocean is surrounded by seas and beaches, where any
person can be delivered by the bullet train (300 000
kilometers per second). On the beach one can enjoy of
Edutainment and have fun of Internet-surfing.
Everyone can go to the ocean on a yacht, alone or with
friends, gathering them into the team. You can go on one of
MOOC sailers.
Having reached the opposite shore, you can see the
mountain chain, of which flow rivers of Sciences:
Mathematics, Physics…
To climb on this river, you have all the time to go against the
flow, and when the river will not passable, you have to
scramble. Advancing to the top will be rewarded by the Nobel
prize.

6. Modification of problem statements
• The initial problem statement was -
to reconcile the interests of all stakeholders: students
and their parents, all the staff of school, Universities,
employers (at least - its HR-managers) BECAUSE there
is a substantial difference between the interests of the
most important stakeholders.
• When working on a prototype a new problem
statement appeared -
to make education a continuing, breaking the
boundaries between educational institutions.
8. I received the following feedback from the
person which I interviewed and defined
the problem statement:
• What aspects worked well and she liked them,
were: comprehensiveness, power and beauty of
the idea.
• What could be improved: to add some kind of
guides to the model.
• Questions: What is being done on land? What
contribution it makes to the situation?
• New ideas: She would like to extend the model by
airspace, aircrafts, helicopters, airfields and so
on.
11. Prototype 2 is presented by a short video
http://youtu.be/VC5C7vOI41Q
• There the idea of education without barriers is
presented in a merry-go-round. There are
traditional and new educational technologies on
the merry-go-round, and there are traditional
educational institutions on its periphery.
• There it is shown that a student of any
educational institution can use the merry-go-
round to move into the area of another
educational institution, get there experience and
return with this new experience or skill.
13. I received mostly critical feedback from the same person which
I interviewed and defined the problem statement:
• What aspects worked well and she liked them, were: a nice idea
for future.
• What could be improved: to add one more ring for Tutors who will
use special technologies providing students transitions there and
back.
• Questions: who will accompany the students in their trips to other
educational institutions? How all of this will relate to their
traditional educational programs? How will be described this
activity, these new technologies? What legal grounds could exist
for this innovation inside present educational system?
• New ideas: firstly, we need to develop scenarios of these
transitions and Tutors as special people who should provide these
activities, secondly, ensure legal harmonization with the existing
educational system
