When you are a Chief Experience Officer you focus not only on WHAT you do or the outcome – but HOW you do it or the experience you deliver along the way. Take today and my session for example. The content is what you bought…..but Diane and Robin had to interface with me in getting to today….and that experience matters…..and we focus on making it positive…
