As founder and executive director of the annual Metamorphosis
Women's Conference, Mia Knight Wright has inspired thousands of
women to embrace spiritual change and live more fulfilling lives.
Speaking from the heart of her own experiences as a wife, mother of
three, current co-pastor and former executive, Mia has the unique
ability to connect to women from all walks of life. She has accepted
the call to help women develop their self-esteem and self-worth.

Mary Searight
Will impart words of wisdom and inspiration on a deeply spiritual
level with her experiences as a wife, mother and First Lady. Her 35
year marriage to Bishop George Searight and her service to
Abundant Life Family Worship Church is driven by a deep passion
for marriage and the family unit.

Toya Beasley
Toya Beasley is the former program director for New York City's #1
radio station WRKS-98.7 KISS FM. Toya's professional
accomplishments are many but nothing drives her more than her
passion for God and His people. She has worked diligently at
transferring that passion onto the airwaves and into the urban
community. Toya is the CEO and founder of Sista Friendz, a non-
profit organization mentorinvg and empowering young women.

Michelle McKinney-Hammond
As a best-selling author, speaker, singer, and inspiration to
audiences all over the world, Michelle McKinney Hammond tells her
own story as a part of her realistic approach. A combination of grace,
truth, transparency, and humor has placed Michelle in Essence
