Hi @ALL, This study takes a closer look into a unique training program sponsored by Hola Courier Express. The company is one of the world's largest package delivery providers of specialized transportation and logistics services in North America. The Community Internship Program or CIP helps managers to adjust and empathize with the employees to increase awareness among managers to the challenges that many of their employees face, bridging the cultural gap that separates white manager from a Latin American worker, half of whom are living just across the border of the twin city of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The internship program hopes to address the problems of Latin American employees who are victims of prejudice and stereotyping by staffs, colleagues, and supervisors. Rufran (080614)
