-Use Interface Data to decrease IQA cost

Strategy:
- Identical Inspection & Measurement Methods
- Validate methods at BSC and Interface
- Transition to “Supplied Data” via Interface
- Eliminate BSC 100% proof loading

Requirements:
-Continue current strategy to validate internal extrusion
- Manage measurement anomalies
- Document SCARs and NCMRs
- PpK evaluation memos
- Supplier Quality, Sustaining R&D and DA
- Document & Lock Requirements
-Purchase Interface inspection station ($35K)
- Duplicate Interface measurement method
-Equipment Lead-Time – Four to Five Weeks
-Develop and Validate BSC and Interface Inspection procedures
-Execute Design and Process changes:
- Align balloon burst requirement with finished device
- IQA lot acceptance per AQL 95/99.9 confidence.
