2. ABSTRACT

In our proposed system we intend to achieve a more effective
and efficient water distribution system, unlike the present times.
Water is required in every section of a plant be it in the bleaching
section, the condenser section, the pulping section and the feed
water section. But the requirements of water is not the same in
each section by virtue of it's various parameters.
Here, we have established a system by which we will be able to
control the temperature, in accordance with a particular pH range
of water maintained at a constant level. The temperature is
controlled by means of PID controller through LabVIEW. We have
used Thermoelectric cooler as FCE. After attaining the set point
the water flows via any one of the valves, according to the range
assigned, followed by a pipeline so as to meet the different
temperature requirements in different sections of the plant and
distribute it according to the respective demands.
