1. TOURISM IN TURKEY
Hello I want to talk about my country. My country is beautiful and we have got
lots of historical places and beautiful beaches.We live four climates at the same
time. In the Black Sea Region the weather is always rainy and in the
Mediteranean Region the weather is always hot and sunny and in the Eastern
Anatolia Region the weather is always cold and snowy. Also lots of fruits and
vegetables are grown in my country.
There are lots of lakes, rivers and mountains in my country. Also we have the
Black Sea, the Mediteranean Sea, the Aegean Sea and the Marmara Sea.
Turkey extends up to very early times, and a wide variety of residential life come
under the management of civilizations, tourism is quite developed. Some of these
tourist destinations:
Coastal Tourism: Turkey, the coastal areas of both domestic and foreign
tourists, most kesimlerdir directed. Generally, the summer tourism in the form of
the so-called covering and marine tourism in Turkey's total 8300 kilometers of
coast which has developed in different types of use. South Aegean and Western
Mediterranean coast of the country, often favored by foreign tourists,
accommodation facilities with a density of Marmara and the Black Sea coast
gained weight wins second homes built by local tourists.
Historic Sites: Maiden's Tower (Istanbul), the Galata Tower (Istanbul), the
Hagia Sophia Mosque (Istanbul), Topkapi Palace (Istanbul), the Basilica Cistern
(Istanbul), Fish Lake (Sanliurfa), Maiden's Castle (Mersin), the Blue Mosque
(Istanbul), Sumela Monastery (Trabzon), Temple of Artemis, Aspendos Antique
Theatre (Antalya), Trojan Horse (Çanakkale)
