TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Richard Keane joined our company in February 1998 having completed a degree in Food
Science. His initial employment followed a number of holiday time temporary assignments during
which he wrote his thesis "The functionality of extruded feed" as part of his degree course.
In his present role he has complete responsibility for HSEQ within the business and reports
directly to the Operations Manager. His employment record has taken him from laboratory operative
through process on-line quality control to the introduction and implementation of a number of critical
quality standards. These standards include ISO9000/2000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and a
number of Organic Standard Certifications. These achievements in our business are a direct result
of Richard's huge work rate, attention to detail and management skills and have contributed in a
very significant degree to the business success of our Company.
As a person, Richard is a warm, friendly and "team player" individual. He integrates very well and is
always willing to be honest about his own shortcomings and strives towards continuous personal
development. This personal development track has brought him a long way and positions him well
for future promotion either inside or outside the company.
Richard is hardworking, extremely straightforward and with the highest integrity.
