Richard Romano, the brother of Ray Romano, is a published writer who is currently working on a novel called Sergeant Romano’s Investigation of the Homicide of Jesus Christ. In addition, Richard Romano wrote the screenplay for an independent film, The Investigator. Writing a screenplay may feel like an impossible task - and it will not be easy! However, here are a few guidelines that will help you through the writing process: Remember that the first draft, or first several drafts, are just a way to get the story out there. No one else has to see these drafts, so allow yourself to be creative and go where the story takes you, without getting too bogged down in technical details.
