Position Summary - New Era Tickets is seeking a proven digital marketing
professional that will be responsible for recommending and implementing best
practices for clients of our FanOne Marketing division. Candidate must have
experience formulating strategic plans and tactical execution of digital initiatives,
including: data-driven email marketing, database growth, lead nurturing and lead
generation activities. Reporting directly to the President, responsibilities will
additionally include B2B marketing and sales support.

ticketing and marketing services company providing customized ticketing,
database marketing, and access management functionality to sports and
entertainment organizations.
In addition, we provide our clients with the tools and advice required to market
effectively to their past and potential ticket buyers through our subsidiary,
FanOne Marketing (www.fanonemarketing.com). FanOne Marketing provides a
series of technology tools and services that teams and arenas use to market their
products. Our solution integrates ticketing data, online behavior, and consumer
response to sales campaigns. These features give an organization greater
insight into their fan base, and thus allow for deeply segmented and customized
communications.

including the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Wells Fargo Center,
Portland Trail Blazers, Portland Rose Quarter, Los Angeles Kings, Borgata Hotel,
Casino & Spa and Pocono Raceway. The company empowers organizations to
create their own ticket brand in their market, establish retail outlets, and also
manages a large capacity call center.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
• B2C Digital Fan Marketing Strategy: Work closely with FanOne
Marketing Director of Strategy and Account Manager to provide strategic
planning and tactical recommendations to FanOne Marketing Clients.
Recommendations will relate to ticket-selling strategies and should
address: data acquisition, list segmentation, personalized email creation,
deliverability, marketing automation, surveys, subscription management
(opt-in and opt-out with options), and campaign reporting.
• Strategic Thinking & Meetings: Candidate will be an expert on industry
best practices and communicate learnings to the internal team and clients.
Candidate will be responsible for driving strategy meetings with new and
existing clients with “C level” management participation.
• Documentation: Create case studies, presentations and white papers
plus conduct webinars to communicate the success of New Era Tickets &
FanOne Marketng technology and services in the sports & entertainment
industry. Document clear strategic plans including objectives,
recommended tactics, budgets and timelines. Publish yearly client best
practices booklet.
• B2B Marketing Communications: Manage content and flow of websites
and all outbound communications, including: enewsletter programs, trade
show presence, print mail, and advertising.
• Sales Support: Manage Salesforce.com database of B2B prospects and
support sales in the development of presentations and RFP responses.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
• Problem-solving and client support: Work with client marketing staffs to
ensure that our marketing tools, including e-mail marketing, analytics and
online behavior tracking are being effectively leveraged.
• Work with the VP of Client Services to identify and communicate product
enhancements to client base.
• Event Management: drive content, registration and logistics for annual
client meeting
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Position - We are looking for a solid professional with
experience leveraging digital marketing functions along with a proven track
record with marketing automation technologies, lead generation and product
marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation, written and verbal
communication skills as well as experience working in an independent fashion.

3. Education
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in
Business/Sports Administration, Marketing or Communication
Business Experience
• At least five (5) years experience in a marketing support role
• Experience with digital marketing tactics
• Strategic planning experience

• Key understanding of data-driven, relevant and personalized digital
communications
• Experience with database growth, email marketing, deliverability,
Personalized URLs, surveys, forms, social media, print mail, marketing
automation and campaign reporting
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

deadlines

• Experience with Database marketing/email/marketing automation
products such as Eloqua, Neolane, Constant Contact, etc., is a plus
