A: Once you remove your towel from the package, simply open it up, shake it out,
wipe your face, and place it around your neck for immediate relief.
Q: Do I need to refrigerate the towels to make them feel cold?
A: No! Our towels are 20-30° cooler than your body temperature - right out of the package!
Q: How long does it last?
A: If you use the towel four times a day for 15 minutes each time and return it to the resealable package,
the towel lasts for up to 32 uses and/or 8 days. Durations will vary based on specific applications.
Q: What is in the solution?
A: The solution is comprised of all-natural ingredients including purified water, denatured alcohol,
