Fibrtec’s Low Cost Solution
• FibrFlex process utilizes thermoplastic
resin pellets as supplied
– Directly extruded on the fiber – Carbon, Glass
Aramid tows.
– No Resin Conversion = low cost
– No Tape Slitting, further reducing cost
– Rapid consolidation during molding
