TERMS & CONDITIONS
 Quarterly Advance charges against the annual contract are payable in advance at
the time of signing up for the service
 A formal annual contract will be drawn up between both the parties. Notice period
to be given by either party to terminate the contract during the contract period is
90 days. However, ‘Nextra reserves the right to terminate the service in case of
non-payment beyond 30 days from due date of an invoice and immediately in case
of non-compliance of any applicable Government rules and regulations, by the
customer
 In a typical scenario, a leased line will have a serial interface that mandatory needs
a router to be arranged/ procured by the customer.
 Service tax @12.36% will be payable on recurring service charges. Any other
levies, which may be incorporated by the Government of India from time to time,
will be borne by the customer.
 The service shall be for a minimum term period of one (1) year. If the customer
cancels/ terminates a Service or CRF before the minimum term period, the
customer agrees to pay the entire amount due for thebalance period in the year.
 The provisioning of the link is subject to the technical feasibility of the last mile
operator.
