3. History of This Temple
Ryoanji temple was built by a landlord Katsumoto Hosokawa in 1450.
Hosokawa Katsumoto (1430-1473), deputy to the shogun, founded the
Ryoan-ji temple in 1450, but the complex was burnt down during the Onin
War. His son Masamoto rebuilt the temple at the very end of the same
century.

1450. Hosokawa Katsumoto (1430-1473), diputado al shogun, fundo el
templo Ryoan-ji en el año 1450, pero lo complicado de este construir fue
incendiada durante la Guerra Onin.
4. It means “You should not want
everything. You have to know what is
necessary for you. ”
You have to read this Kanji in this order.
吾→唯→足→知
Que quiere decir "No deberías querer tenerlo todo.
Tienes que saber lo que es necesario para ti."

5. Sekitei
There are 15 stones and white gravel used in the garden.
When we look from any angle, only 14 of the stones are
visible at one time. However, you can see all from only
one spot.
Se han usado quince piedras y grava blanca en el jardín. Cuando
nos fijamos en el jardín desde cualquier ángulo, sólo catorce de
las piedras son visibles al mismo tiempo. Sin embargo, se puede
ver todo desde un solo lugar.
