Instruction for trail period joining at Takale UPSC MPSC study center by Santosh Takale

1. (Hereafter study center means Free of cost UPSC/MPSC Study centre with Residential facility by Santosh Takale at
Shirdhon, Panvel, Raigad, MH-410221. Ph – 9967584554 / 7738984852)
I. Free of cost facilities for candidates during Trial Period at Study center:
1. Group Accommodation / Separate common Study room will be provided.
2. Separate Kitchen with Kitchen Appliances to cook the food will be provided.
3. Bed (Gadi – Thick mat) will be provided.
4. All Reference Books & Recreation facility as available with study center.
II. Expenses expected for candidates during Trial Period at Study center: (to be calculated by candidate)
1. Grocery, Vegetables, Oil, Utensils Cleaning soap etc. cost to be shared by candidates/users.
2. Cooking Gas cost to be shared by candidates/users.
3. Building Tax & Maintenance, Water charges, to be shared by candidates/users.
4. Electricity Bill, Internet facility charge to be shared by candidates/users.
III.Resources to be bought or made available by candidates during Trial Period at Study center:
1. Study material – minimum 5 books of concerned Objective & related resource-Notebook etc.
2. Bed sheets – 2 Nos & Pillow if required. Mosquito net (Machhardani).
3. Self items – Clothes, Soaps, towels, dental kit, comb, plate for food & glass, foot ware etc.
4. Self Medical kit. Self recreational material.
5. Bank account with ATM card. Cash for self expenses.
6. Bag (with lock & key) to accommodate self items.
7. ID/Driving License, Age & Income certificate, Xerox copies of 10th
, 12th
& Graduation Mark sheets.
8. Undertaking for self responsibility during stay at Study center with self and parents signature & Thumb
impression. Any other resource requirement of candidate.
IV.Responsibilities by candidates during Trial Period at Study center:
1. Doing self study for 12 to 14 Hrs daily with Hourly record. (with minimum 6 Hrs sleep).
2. Define rules of Study center stay. Establish study center Library.
3. Define study center general Time table. Planning on Guidance Lectures at Study center.
4. Updating Kitchen, Study room, recreational facility.
5. Purchasing grocery items etc, Cooking food, self related cleaning etc.
6. 1 Hr academic related social work (Teaching, Study center candidate selection, Skill center etc.)
7. 1 Hr Physical work (Maintaining premises, building & facilities up to mark)
8. Daily report – Activities, expenses etc.
V. Undertaking for self responsibility –
I ………………………………..have joined study center with my own interest & will and with permissions from my
parents & family. I hereby declare that during my stay & any travel at, around, to & from Study center is
completely my responsibility and any accident or event having consequences damaging to my health or any other
loss (mental or physical) is completely my responsibility. My parents are also in agreement to above declaration.
During my stay, daily I will do 1 Hr academic related social work & 1 Hr Hard work as mentioned in Para-IV-6/7.
