We are a boutique recruiting agency in Tokyo, founded in 2012
by Art University graduates Sachiyo Kojima and Takashi
Yokoishi. Sachiyo has 8 years experience in the recruitment
industry
and Takashi has 10 years of experience in Ad agencies and 4
years in online media.
Although both had successful careers in their companies they
chose to start their own career consulting and recruitment
company. They think current society needs more more creative
talents. We also do project management in the creative
market.

After graduating with a design degree at Osaka University of Arts, she has been working in the online
business field for 4 years and 8 years in the recruitment industry through Aquent, a recruiting agency
headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Sachiyo founded BENCH inc in 2012 after working as digital
agent and manager.

3 month Agreement Example

 All inclusive recruitment service
  Monthly fee system (within 40hrs)

 Combination recruitment services
  Monthly fee system (within 40hrs) and contingency fee (per person)

 Retained Search (search target: over 8 million yen)
  Search fees are 35% of the annual compensation of recruited candidate.
  The fee payments is made in thirds, 1/3 of fee paid on initiation of the search, 1/3
  paid thirty days later, and the final 1/3 paid thirty days later.

#These are typical examples, we will make the utmost effort to meet and respond to
the various needs of our clients.
#We will charge if necessary expenses for the project, such as transportation and
travel costs.
#We will provide a detailed description upon request.
