De-escalation Training To Avoid a Potential Crisis Courses teach how staff can De-esculate challenging, violent and aggressive behavior. The ability to organise your thinking and intervine effectively using a range of de-esulating techniques can help avoid a potential crisis. Participants will learn how personal space, body language and listening skills can help to de-esculate the disruptive behavior of those in your care. Participants at the end of the course will have a better and fuller understanding of violence and aggression and it will help them to put their learning outcomes into practice in a professional environment. The course will last 6 hours and all participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion. This course can be delivered at one of our training centres or at a location that is better suited to your staff and the course can be tailored to the specific needs of your company and/or staff.
