This company provides a 24 hour temporary staffing service for Health Care Assistants (HCAs), Senior Health Care
Assistants (those with a medication certificate), Nurses (RGNs and RMNs) and occasionally cooks and cleaners, to care
homes and nursing homes. Additionally, domiciliary and respite care services are currently provided to a small number of
individual clients in their homes, or within a care home environment. Permanent vacancies are not a focus, but an
introductory fee is charged to clients if they take on one of their staff. Domiciliary care and permanent recruitment are
just 2 of the areas that offer significant potential for growth.
A manager is running the office team comprising 3 additional staff. There are approximately 65 care workers on the books,
of which circa 25 work regularly for the company. The Director would be happy to provide a handover, although the only
current involvement is on a strategic basis (monthly), and providing financial guidance. The business is run from leasehold
premises, with no lease in place, hence would be easily re-locatable. The business is for sale as the current shareholders
