– Existing internal apprenticeship delivery infrastructure – business
as usual
– Existing external apprenticeship delivery arrangements

– How are the employers going to know what to do? Or
understand their responsibilities?
– Who is going to advise them? Do they need a management
information system like PICs to manage the delivery and
compliance?
– Who is going to police them? – Do they come under Ofsted?
• Employer Behaviour
– Adopting of income generation/fee remission strategies.
– Attitude to 10% employer contribution
– Attitude to removal of AGE Grant (July 2017)
