Do they need a management information system like PICs to manage the delivery and compliance? – Who is going to police them? – Do they come under Ofsted? • Employer Behaviour – Adopting of income generation/fee remission strategies. – Attitude to 10% employer contribution – Attitude to removal of AGE Grant (July 2017)

  • 9. End Point Assessment – What if they fail? – Does the qualification standard registered dictate the EPA organisation? – What about the EPA and the Legislation? – How does EPA link to EQA? - What if the EQA says your great and all your learners fail EPA? – Who pays for retests?

Qualification Standards • Qualification Standards – What qualifications are you delivering? – Employers can define and develop qualifications with the Training Provider suggesting that Awarding Bodies • Frameworks vs Standards – What does a standard look like? – What is the learning journey? • Level 2 Maths and English? – How are we going to achieve Level 2 equivalent maths?
