• Steering group – young people & businesses - decision making, project oversight, scrutinise performance
• Advisory board – LEA’s, Vol Sector, DWP, Chamber, Consortium
• Communications Hub - Recording system plus outward facing website
• Local Hub and Hosts across the Black Country – Gazebo, Dudley College, BCTG, YMCA, Vol Sector Hosts
• Mentor teams – full capacity from Jan 16
• 100 + active referral partners

• 82 providers Preferred Supplier Network – additional support spent £188k (2015)
• Pathways existing provision inc Traineeships, Apprenticeships, Work Experience and Volunteering

• Since Oct 14 the project has received 785 referrals, 649 met the criteria & 445 accepted the
offer
• Of the referrals received
• 70% are Male, 30% are Female
• 73.5% White British, 6% Dual heritage, 9.6% Asian, 6% Black African/Caribbean
• 31.3% 18/19yrs, 53% 20-22yrs and 14.4% 23/24yr olds
• 57% 12-23mths unemployed, 18% 24-35mths & 25% 36mths+
