This document provides information about language and sports summer camps offered between June 25th and July 27th. The camps are for children ages 1-16 and include English, Spanish, or Chinese lessons as well as various sporting activities. They are held mornings or full days, and prices range from 125-525 euros depending on the length of time enrolled. The camps aim to improve language skills and cultural understanding while promoting friendship.

5. APPLICATION FOR SUMMER CAMP
1. APPLICATION
The application request can be sent by e-mail to information.escaan@gmail.com
the secretary of ESCAAN.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
1. Cash or credit card payment at reception.
2. Transfer to the following bank account:

In the above case, it will be necessary to give the following information:
• Student’s name and surname
• Course name/s and number/s for which you wish to apply.
Registration will not be confirmed until the Payment Receipt and the Course Application Form, duly completed, is
handed in. The person authorizing the application certifies to ESCAAN that they legally represent the participant.
Have the authority to sign the request and agree that the participant accepts the present conditions.
The contract is bound by Spanish law.
Payments may be made fortnightly in which case 100% of the amount should be paid before the summer courses
start. Child minding services will be for fortnightly or monthly periods and can be contracted at the beginning of
the course.
2. ECONOMICAL CONDITIONS
• ESCAAN students can count on a 5% discount on the price of each course.
• The second brother or sister will receive a 10% discount on the cost of the chosen programme and the third
brother or sister onwards a 15% discount.
• Students that register families or friends of ESCAAN will receive a 3% discount on the amount of the course.
ESCAAN reserves the right to increase printed prices as a result of petrol price increases or increases from
associates.
3. CANCELLATION
ESCAAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL will not return any registration payment made, except in the case of
course cancellation, in which case return payment procedure will take place immediately.
4. STUDENT NUMBERS
A minimum number of students is required for any course to take place. ESCAAN reserves the right to suspend
or cancel any course if the minimum established amount of students has not registered. In this case, the return of
payments will commence.
All places are limited and are strictly on a first come, first served basis.

6. 5. RESPONSIBILITY
ESCAAN cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred, complications, loss, damages, accidents, delays or
inconvenience suffered due to failure or non-compliance or a third party.
The father, mother or guardian should sign, date and return the application with its Annexes. This act assumes the
complete economical responsibility of each participant for the following.
A. Damages caused accidentally or in any other way to the installations, equipment, materials and other objects that
are the property, rented or use by ESCAAN.
B. Loss of material, apparel or any misplacements. It is recommended that all clothing and personal effects be clearly
marked.
6. INSURANCE
All courses include travel insurance, civil liability and medical assistance.
The applicant’s signature authorizes ESCAAN to carry out any necessary action to guarantee medical guardian. All
costs of said treatment will be the responsibility of parents or legal guardians in the case of not being covered by
the course insurance.
7. PUBLICITY
ESCAAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL reserves the right to use all photographs or images of participants or
work or activities carried out by them or other people in the “SUMMER CAMP” for publicity purposes.
8. IMPORTANT
To take part in any “SUMMER CAMP” programme expresses the agreement and acceptance on the part of the
mother, father or guardian and the participant to each and every one of the general conditions described.
Compliance with the L.O. 15/1999 personal copyright, ESCAAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL informs you
that the personal information contained in each application request will be incorporated in a file for the commercial
and operational use of ESCAAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, S.L.U. The acceptance of these conditions
implies agreement of said treatment and use to said ends.
