Suomen ensimmäinen CSA - hanke

11. • Idea syntyi joulukuussa, osuuskunta perustettiin maaliskuussa
• 115 jäsentä, hallituksessa 8
• Puutarhuriksi palkattiin Susanna Lagström, harjoittelija Antti
• Jäsenet osuuskuntaan kerättiin Herttoniemen ruokapiiristä,
facebookista ja viidakkorummulla
• Jäseneksi pääsi maksamalla osuuskunnan jäsenmaksun 70 euroa
ja sen jälkeen satomaksun 350/550 euroa.

• Peltoa on 1,3ha Vantaan Korsossa
• Pellolla kasvaa perusjuureksia, perunaa ja sipulia, ja myös esim.

• Talkoilemme kerran viikossa, tiistai - iltaisin. Tällä hetkellä

• Hankkeen kokonaisbudjetti on noin 50 000 euroa, josta suurin
osa menee puutarhurin palkkaan.
• Osuuskunnan taloudesta huolehtii ammattimainen kirjanpitäjä.
• Yllättäviinkin kuluihin on varauduttu!
• Kylmävarasto (16m2) on vuokrattu Tukkutorin tiloista
Helsingissä talvikuukausien ajaksi.
• Kasvihuone olisi seuraava tärkeä investointi osuuskunnalle
• Nykyään myös Herttoniemen ruokapiiri on osana osuuskuntaa

18. SADON JAKAMINEN
• Tuleva sato tuodaan kerran viikossa Herttoniemeen
• Kuljetuksen hoitaa kuljetusfirma
• Jakopisteenä osuuskuntalaisen autotalli
• Osuuskuntalaiset osallistuvat 2 - 3 kerrallaan sadonjaon
organisointiin.
• Sadosta tehdään etukäteen googledocsiin taulukko, jonka
avulla puutarhuri näkee, paljonko mitäkin tuotetta tuodaan.
• Sato jaetaan periaatteessa tasan, tosin ison osuuden
ostaneet saavat enemmän.
