Conducting drive test of new integrated sites using TEMS 15.2.2 and coordination with BSS teams to resolve
bad quality, poor coverage, over shooting cells and failure events issues
 Coverage tests,Fixed Point throughput tests, mobile throughput tests etc.
 Identification for bad coverage, throughput, sector swapping, overshooting, Tx power, handover
issues etc.
 Making DT Reports using TEMS, Google Earth and MapInfo 8.5 tools.
 Single site optimization drives tests. Resolving interference issues; changing tilts, azimuths etc.
 Analysis of DT files using TEMS tool,
 Monitoring of roll out sites stats during and after DT activities.
 Conducting Cluster optimization drive tests using TEMS 15.2.2 and coordination with
 BSS teams to resolve bad quality, poor coverage, over shooting cells and failure
 Events issues.
Main Job responsibilities Included:
 Drive Testing & Site Surveys.
 Analysis of drive test log files and troubleshooting of the problems related to coverage,call drops,
quality etc.
 Initial tuning (Drive testing) of new on-air sites (e.g. checking sector swapping, coverage,call
origination / termination, C/I etc.)

 Hands on experience of Huaweiequipment PTN-910,PTN-960, PTN-3900 installation, integration
And commissioning,
 Get training of DWDM (Optix OSN 8800) from Huaweifor PTCL project.
 Used optex navigator, web LCT and U-2000,
 5 months of experience in NETKOM TELECOM working as a Transmission Engineer (deals in
Optics)
 Working in ZONGACCESS PTN PROJECT
