- 3. • Hyper Text Markup Language • the main markup language for creating web pages and other information that can be displayed in a web browser. • HTML is written in the form of HTML elements consisting of tags enclosed in angle brackets (like <html>), within the web page content.

- 5. Social Bookmarking • “A centralized online service which enables users to add, annotate, edit, and share bookmarks of web documents.” (Noll, Michael G.,2007). • Launched since: 1996 • Delicious (founded in 2003) popularized the term “social bookmarking” and “tagging”.
- 6. Online Chat • A kind of communication that offers a real-time transmission of text messages from sender to receiver. • The messages sent are usually short so that the users can communicate instantly.
